Under limited supervision, performs duties of moderate difficulty in a business or computer environment. Specific activities vary depending on area assigned such as: Business Administration, Computer Science, Planning, Architecture, Economics, Communications, Engineering, or a similar field. Searches and retrieves records, inputs data and may analyze and report on findings. Exercises sound judgment and knowledge obtained on the job and takes corrective action on unusual deviations from business practices. Utilizes current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.

Performs administrative liaison duties between lower-level clerical employees and administrative personnel. Attends and participates in various clerical, technological and administrative meetings. Performs therapeutic counseling for youth residing at Children's Village. Functions as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with other professional staff by providing input and planning treatment services, including coordinating psychiatric care. Provides crisis intervention services and provides/directs intensive interventions and special precaution statuses.
