Are you passionate about improving the health and housing outcomes of your community?
In this position, you will lead and evaluate a special housing and health services program designed to deliver preventative and therapeutic support to County residents. You will oversee program operations, assess service delivery, and recommend policies, procedures, and directives that strengthen program effectiveness. You will also analyze key program data, collaborate with internal divisions and community partners, and provide direct services to support residents’ needs.

1. Possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in public health, public administration, business administration, nursing, behavioral sciences, social work or a closely related field, and have had at least two (2) years of full-time experience in one of the following areas: housing management and counseling, management/administration, health education, nutrition, nursing, environmental health or behavioral sciences; OR
2. Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in public health, public administration, business administration, nursing, behavioral sciences, social work or a closely related field, and have had at least four (4) years of full-time professional experience in one of the following areas: housing management and counseling, management/administration, health education, nursing, nutrition, environmental health or behavioral sciences.
