General Summary

Are you ready to play a key role in transforming how the courts manage and process cases? As a Court Clerk Coordinator for the Case Management System Project, you’ll serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding judges, judicial staff, and court departments through a major system upgrade that will modernize and streamline operations across the Court. You'll work directly with chambers and administrative offices to align system functionality with real world needs, provide hands-on training, and help build a smarter, more efficient future for court case management in Oakland County.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and consult with judges, judicial staff, and departments on system functions and procedural improvements.
  • Collaborate with the County Clerk’s Office and Case Management Office on the successful implementation of the new case management system.
  • Test new system features, develop training materials, and lead instruction for end users across the Court.
  • Participate in project committees and identify process gaps, provide feedback, and support solution development.

Required Minimum Qualifications

At the time of application, applicants must:

 

  1. Must have completed an Associate’s degree or equivalent education from an accredited college or university.

  2. Have at least one (1) year of full-time work experience in the processing of records as a judicial staff member or entering and processing court records in a case management system in a court setting.

Pay Range

USD $57,747.00 - USD $77,370.00 /Yr.
