Join Our Team as an Office Support Clerk!
Join our dynamic office team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations in a computer-based environment. Under general supervision, you'll perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing essential front-line support to both internal staff and the public with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
You'll utilize Microsoft Office and department-specific software to manage and maintain accurate records, input and verify data, and generate high-quality documents such as memos, labels, and envelopes. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be vital in identifying and correcting discrepancies in data.
This position also involves using sound judgment, applying on-the-job knowledge, and taking initiative to resolve routine issues and unusual situations that arise. You'll work with current Countywide and departmental systems to complete assignments and support broader team objectives.
