This position will research, plan, design, and implement a variety of Parks Capital Improvement Projects including facility and land development.
Performs variety of architectural and engineering work in the analysis, planning, design, and development of park structures and facilities. Plans and assists in planning, developing, estimating, presenting, implementing, scheduling, and evaluating construction, renovation, utility, maintenance and repair, and projected capital improvement projects. Writes contracts and specifications for labor, materials, and equipment for construction projects. Conducts field surveys and inspects existing facilities for system problems and/or provides analysis or solutions for improvements. Utilizes current Countywide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.

NOTE: A Master's degree in one of the above fields from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of the experience requirement above.
Must maintain a valid United States motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license.
