General Summary

Plans, assigns, directs, and coordinates the work of a group of assigned lower-level clerical employees. Oversees and manages the case management office daily functions, including the case evaluation schedule. Prepares statical reports pertaining to case evaluation and docket management. Performs administrative liaison duties between lower-level clerical employees and administrative personnel. Attends and participates in various clerical, technological and administrative meetings. Utilizes current Countywide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.

Required Minimum Qualifications

At the time of application, applicants must:

  1. Must be a high school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) Test.
  2. Have had six (6) years of responsible, full-time clerical experience, one (1) year of which included supervisory or lead duties.

    NOTE:
    Coursework at an accredited college or university may substitute for the clerical experience on a year-for-year basis up to a four-year Bachelor's Degree. (College coursework may NOT substitute for the year of supervisory or lead worker duties.
