Announcement Information

Summer positions are limited to a total of 520 hours per season. 

General Summary

Under close supervision, performs entry-level clerical work following standardized, well-defined departmental office procedures. May perform the following tasks depending on the assigned area: maintains filing systems for departmental records and documents, types, proofreads, answers phones, does data entry, copying and mail processing, assists in basic record keeping and calculation assignments, copy's and/or performs other routine clerical work as assigned. Utilizes current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments. When assigned to Children's Village the worker will also be expected to accurately complete assigned tasks during irregularly scheduled or extended work hours.

Required Minimum Qualifications

At the time of application, applicants must:

 

1. Be at least 16 years old.

Special Requirements

WHEN ASSIGNED TO HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES

  1. Must submit to immunizations as required by the Department of Health & Human Services and submit to a tuberculin skin test or chest x-ray, at County expense.

USD $12.71 - USD $14.83 /Hr.
