General Summary

Under general supervision, performs duties requiring expert ability in one of the following structural, finishing or mechanical building crafts: heating, or building operations. Utilizes current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.

Required Minimum Qualifications

 

At the time of application, applicants must:

 

1. Be a high school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development Test. 

 

2. Have a valid motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license.

 

3. Pass the complete examination, including the employment medical, established for this class.

 

4. Successfully complete the six month probationary period.

 

5. Have had at least four (4) years of full-time work experience in a position involving the use of skills related to building operations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Special Requirements

Must maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license.

 

Pay Range

USD $51,955.00 - USD $67,613.00 /Yr.
